Directions
1) Preheat saute pan with oil and garlic over medium high heat
2) Add cabbage, pepper and carrots. Saute 5-7 minutes until cabbage is wilted, but not soggy. Stir frequently.
3) Add soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper. Stir to combine. Serve warm.
