Strawberry Syrup

Ingredients

  • 200 grams water
  • 100 grams strawberry preserves
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 10 grams cornstarch
  • 30 grams water

Directions

  1. Pour the 200 grams of water, preserves and sugar into a small sauce pan.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with 30 grams of cold water.
  3. Bring the pot to a boil.
  4. Slowly add the slurry into the boiling liquid while whisking.
  5. Cook until the syrup is slightly thickened.
