Ingredients
- 1 1/4 liters pumpkin puree
- 100 grams onion
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cool. Use a food processor or immersion blender to puree until smooth.
