North Carolina Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 480 mililiters apple cider vinegar
  • 150 grams tomato paste
  • 5 grams brown sugar
  • 50 mililiters Worcestershire sauce
  • 20 grams margarine
  • 8 grams kosher salt
  • 8 mililiters hot sauce to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients and cook on low for ten minutes. Serve over cooked chicken or beef.
