Buffalo Wings

  • 12 whole chicken wings drumettes and flats separated
  • 100 grams margarine
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional


1)Preheat oven to 475F (250C).
2)Lightly salt chicken wings. Place on roasting rack or sheet pan.
3)Roast until deep golden brown, about 35-40 minutes. Check frequently.
4)Remove from oil and place on tin or plate lined with paper towels, or turn onto drip rack.
5)Toss hot wings with hot sauce and margarine in bowl. Serve immediately or hold up to 1/2 hour.
