Basic Indian Curry Blend

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons cumin seeds toasted
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder toasted
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons turmeric

Directions

Combine seeds in bowl. Grind in spice grinder in batches until well ground and mixed. Store in airtight jar for 3-6 months
