Apple Radish Slaw

Ingredients

  • 300 grams radish shredded
  • 1 medium green apple shredded
  • 1 medium red pepper diced
  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, honey, or sucralose
  • 1/2 teaspoon corriander ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients in airtight container. Seal and allow flavors to develop for 4 hours or overnight.
