- Moussaka – ground lamb and eggplant slices in tomato sauce
- Gyro – roasted lamb on a vertical spit. Our shwarma.
- Avgolemono – egg and lemon sauce. Also served as a soup
- Baklava – Sweetened Phyllo pastry with honey and crushed nuts.
