  1. Just to be absolutely clear, this wasn't something I pulled out of a package I bought frozen in a store. This was cured in-house using my recipe. No goyishe cinnamon sticks, heavy on the garlic.

    I probably should have said hatov v'hameitiv. Definitely a shehechiyanu.
