Eating good food is fun. But too much of anything isn’t good.
For anyone who knows me personally, it may seem a little hypocritical for me to be promoting this article, but I’m really not trying to be. If anyone has had success with any of these techniques, let me know. I already try the water thing and the gum thing. I suppose the brushing your teeth all the time has several benefits as well.
