Ingredients

  • 1 1468 #5 minute steak roast 2kg
  • 1 1452
  • 1 1441 divided
  • 12 1468s
  • 2 743s
  • 1 large sliced

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together and marinate overnight.
  2. Sear roast in very hot pan on all sides.
  3. Roast uncovered at 245°C (475°F) over a bed of sliced onions and the remaining cilantro until the instant read thermometer reads 53°C (128°F) at the thick end of the roast.
