Ingredients

  • 2 135s all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 135s
  • 1 743 heaping
  • 2 large separated
  • 50 1451s melted
  • 1/2 135 thinned with milk
  • 1 1467

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Add wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Fold in egg whites. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour batter in a waffle maker. Cook according to equipment instructions.
