Sweet and Sour Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kilograms #9 beef ribs
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
  • 375 grams crushed pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 clove garlic
  • black pepper
  • fresh ginger

Directions

  1. Arrange ribs in a roasting pan.
  2. Prepare a marinade from the remaining ingredients.
  3. Drizzle half the marinade over the ribs.
  4. Bake ribs at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, turning once.
  5. Pour off juices into remaining marinade.
  6. Use remaining marinade to baste the ribs, turning occasionally, for 45 minutes.
