Ingredients
- 1.5 kilograms #9 beef ribs
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
- 375 grams crushed pineapple
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 clove garlic
- black pepper
- fresh ginger
Directions
- Arrange ribs in a roasting pan.
- Prepare a marinade from the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle half the marinade over the ribs.
- Bake ribs at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, turning once.
- Pour off juices into remaining marinade.
- Use remaining marinade to baste the ribs, turning occasionally, for 45 minutes.
