Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pita
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

1) Preheat oven broiler on low. Arrange rack in top third of oven.
2) Slice pita in half to separate top and bottom.
3) Cut pita halves into eight wedges each for a total of 16 wedges.
4) Lay wedges out in a pan.
5) Mix oil and garlic. Brush on wedges.
6) Broil 10 minutes until brown and crispy.
