Miso Glazed Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 7 grams ginger
  • 35 grams miso
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 grams sea bass

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Marinate fish for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. In a saute pan, add fish and marinade.
  4. Saute fish on medium heat until done, 6-8 minutes per side. Baste fish with glaze regularly.
  5. Serve warm.
