Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 7 grams ginger
- 35 grams miso
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 grams sea bass
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Marinate fish for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- In a saute pan, add fish and marinade.
- Saute fish on medium heat until done, 6-8 minutes per side. Baste fish with glaze regularly.
- Serve warm.
