- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 clove garlic smashed
- 1 tablespoon apricot jelly
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients. Add cut vegetables and toss to coat.
