Ingredients
- 1 whole duck breast per person
- 1 whole lime juiced
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tequila
- pinch salt
Directions
- Marinate duck breast in remaining ingredients overnight.
- Sear duck skin side down until the skin is a deep caramel color. Drain off the fat from the pan periodically.
- Flip and cook duck until medium rare, 6-10 minutes depending on heat and thickness of duck.
