Creamy Horseradish Mustard Dressing

The heat can be tempered by reducing the amount of mustard and/or horseradish used.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons 5% soft cheese
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
1) Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour on salad.
