Ingredients

  • 1.5 483s new potatoes
  • 150 1451s margarine or chicken fat
  • 150 mililiters
  • 750 1451s white cabbage shredded
  • 1 1441 diced

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes and put in a large bowl
  3. Boil cabbage in seasoned water for 20 minutes or until the color starts to turn dark.
  4. Drain cabbage.
  5. Gently mash together potatoes, fat, stock, cabbage and scallions. Season with salt and pepper.
