Ingredients
- 385 grams all purpose flour
- 600 grams granulated sugar
- 300 grams butter or margarine
- 35 cocoa powder
- 530 mililiters water
- 2 package baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
- Melt margarine, cocoa and water in a microwave or over a double boiler.
- Mix eggs, salt and vanilla.
- Combine cocoa into flour and mix.
- Add eggs and combine completely.
- Grease and flour a 1/2 sheet pan.
- Bake at 205ºC (400ºF) until cake tester comes out clean.
