Ingredients
- 140 grams margarine melted
- 180 grams brown sugar
- 150 mililiters corn syrup
- 10 grams vanilla
- 5 whole eggs
- 300 grams pecans
- 150 grams chocolate
- splash bourbon
- 2 prepared pie crusts
Directions
- Melt margarine.
- In your stand mixer bowl, mix brown sugar and margarine with the paddle attachment on low.
- Add corn syrup, vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Melt chocolate. Add to mix.
- Add pecans. Add bourbon. Mix until combined.
- Pour mix into pie shells.
- Bake at 160ºC (325ºF) for 45 minutes. Pie fillings may rise like souffles, but will fall while cooling.
