Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour

- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a mixer bowl with the dough hook attachment, combine all of the ingredients and mix on medium-low for 10-15 minutes until dough is silky.
- Take challah.
- Let dough rest for 20 minutes.
