Basic Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a mixer bowl with the dough hook attachment, combine all of the ingredients and mix on medium-low for 10-15 minutes until dough is silky.
  2. Take challah.
  3. Let dough rest for 20 minutes.
