There’s always something interesting cooking when I’m on vacation. Sometimes, I even get to cook it.

Wednesday
I found a crazy selection of jalapeño and habanero peppers, and a cute little Tabasco hot sauce caddy
Dinner: Hamburgers, chicken wings, beef hot dogs, chicken breast. Corona beer. Forgot to grill the hot peppers.
Thursday
Lunch was a cervelat sandwich on whole wheat. The cervelat was on sale at the Tirat Tzvi outlet (the subject of another post), and while interesting, it lacked a certain familar garickiness that I associate with salami.
