Ingredients
- 75 grams salmon
- 1 small cucumber sliced thinly
- 2 whole cherry tomatoes sliced thinly
- 1 whole lime juiced
- 1 sprig dill fresh
- 1 pinch salt
- chile peppers to taste
Directions
- Slice the salmon into 1/2cm (1/4 in.) pieces.
- Arrange in a single layer in a bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the salmon and allow to marinate for ten minutes.
- Arrange salmon over sliced cucumbers. Add tomatoes and dill. Add sliced chile peppers if desired.
- Pour the lime juice into the bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Serve with additional lime wedges.
